The U.S. Election
The 2012 election may be one of the most important U. S. elections of the past one hundred years as far as the World is concerned. The electors will choose a President who personally represents a sea change in American politics – the rise of a coalition of minority groups that will probably control the country’s legislative future. These groups (Blacks, Latinos, Women, and younger voters) were enough to overcome the declining traditional white male dominated majority of voters.
What, in your opinion, will be the impact of this election on the rest of the world?

More political naivete.
@soccerdadforlife - How So?
@tychecat - Most of the world is politically naive and Obama was elected by the politically naive. The political naivete of the rest of the world will be reinforced.

naive |nīˈēv| (also naïve)
adjective
(of a person or action) showing a lack of experience, wisdom, or judgment
It seems to me that such a judgment about the democratic process – which I assume you mean – shows a basically anti-democratic attitude.
If you don’t believe enough citizens are wise enough to vote intelligently, how would you structure the system?
